A Christmas Carol and the Anderson Christmas party

I am going to try and catch up on some posting since the new addition in our family!!  On Saturday the 20th  Frankie and I took the kids to our annual Christmas tradtion of "A Christmas Carol" at the Hale Theater.  We always enjoy it and my mom and dad were nice enough to come and sit with Beckom for us.  Thanks Guys!

After the show they always sing christmas carols out side while fake snow is falling.  The kids love it.  I don't know if you can see the snow in the picture but they are playing in it!

After the play we had the christmas party for my family.  The family met at Joe's BBQ for lunch then back to my house for dessert and a party.  This year all the kids got each other fun socks.  Here are all the cute feet!

We had done the 12 days of Christmas for my parents.  At the party we gave them the 12th day.  Jason and I had put together a book of pictures of all the grandkids and a DVD for them.  

We had a house full of kids and a great time.  Thanks to my mom and dad for stepping up and doing a lot of the work for me and letting me take care of my new little boy!

Meet Beckom Scott Breinholt

Beckom was born Tuesday, December 16th at 10:43 am.  He weighed 5 lbs 8 oz and is 17 3/4 in.  He is tiny and cute and we will definitely keep him!!

Meeting your brothers and sisters for the first time.  Everybody was so excited.

The final preggo post!

The above picture completely describes how I have been feeling for the last week.(i stole the pic from my cousins blog...thanks Lisa)  So, I am hoping that this will be my last post before the baby comes.  Dr told me on Monday that it should be anytime in the next week!  I am keeping my fingers crossed.

Gingerbread houses and Santa

Sunday night we did our traditional gingerbread house decorating.  The kids love it.  It is a lot of fun to see each of there personality's in the house they decorate.

This year Shane, Shelley, Tatum, Brady, Brooke, Preslie, Cody, Ashley, Rilyn, Jason, and Greg joined us.  We tried to get a picture of all the houses on Breinholt lane but, some of the kids were not in the mood!  It was a fun night.  Thanks everyone for helping to make it great!

For family night we took the kids to see Santa!  Always a fun night.

He was a great Santa.  He took his time talking to each of them.  They had a nice conversation and smiled the entire time.   I love Christmas time!

Temple Lights

Last week for family night we took the kids to the temple to see the lights. Then we got ice cream at DQ.  Hot chocolate might have felt a little more like Christmas but, in Arizona you get ice cream.

The kids were very excited to show off the tree that they were able to help put lights on with Frankie's young mens group from church.  As we were getting a picture of them in front of the tree, Grandpa Breinholt kept "dancing by".  Frankie caught him in the act in this picture.  Grandpa is always good for a laugh!

The lights were beautiful.  A great way to start out the Christmas season.

A Pilgrim, A Turkey Trot, and A Feast

We started the holiday weekend off with a program by Alexa's 1st grade.  She was a Pilgrim. They sang a few songs for us and then had a little feast.  It was very cute! 

Thanksgiving morning, Frankie, Sera, and Alexa did the Turkey Trot.  Sera and Alexa ran the 2 mile with Mike, Stacey and their kids.

This is Frankie's friend Dallas and his dad.  There were over 2100 people that ran just the 10K.  There was also a 1 mile and a 2 mile run.  It was crazy around there!

Sera and Alexa did great!  They both ran it in about 22 minutes.  I am so grateful that Mike and Stacey let them run with them.  Boston did a great job taking care of mommy and cheering everyone on!

Frankie did the 10K.  He enjoyed it and finished with a good time.  He finished in about 48 minutes.   He even beat the turkey!  I have a lot of work to do to catch up with my family for next year.

This year we had Thanksgiving in Payson with my family.  

The Food was AMAZING (thanks mom and dad)!

It was a great day!  We all enjoyed ourselves, ate too much, and had a great time!
